Incident investigation
In the unlikely event that your business suffers an accident or incident, Safety Horizon (South West) can undertake an independent and objective view of the root causes and propose corrective actions to avoid a recurrence.
The level of investigation will depend on the potential consequence and the likelihood of the incident happening again.
We are able to offer advice on investigation reports already completed, through to the completion of any legal reporting forms, undertaking an investigation or offering feedback to insurance companies or legal bodies.
